Large 1 Bedroom in the best UWS location! Great living room with exposed brick and super high ceilings. Sure, we’re overcharging you because we’ve illegally de-regulated this apartment. But who cares?

This apartment used to rent for less than $1,200, but we inverted those numbers and rented it to the last tenant for $2,100.

And now we want YOU to pay $2,700 because we’ve included a major rat infestation as a new amenity. Oh, and about half a dozen or more fire hazards. We feel you should pay extra for that.

Updated kitchen and bathroom with the added bonus that you + your apartment will be burglarized or robbed within 3 months of your move in date. How? Well, we don’t really secure our buildings.

Why should we? We just want to collect your rent money!

$6,200 Rat’s Nest 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Illegal Duplex – 2020 Broadway, Apt #7I



Fantastic gut renovated former rent stabilized one bedroom apartment that used to rent for $900 now illegally converted into a 3 bedroom / 2 full bathroom duplex in landmark building.

We never applied for permits from the Landmarks and Preservation Committee or the Department of Buildings. Why should we?

The roof was in the way, so we broke through it immediately creating hazardous and life threatening toxic conditions for our current tenants.

No big deal -- just airborne asbestos, mold, lead dust, silica, and possibly more things we would never expose ourselves to. But, tenants, their lives mean nothing to us, and they already pay rent. So we don’t care.

On the waterlogged roof we built 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. If it caves it after you’ve moved in…oh well…we don’t really care about you either.

Private roof deck with half a dozen fire hazards. Not structurally sound, but, well you already know – we just care about grabbing YOUR RENT MONEY!
