PROSPECT-LEFFERTS GARDENS—The Landmarks Preservation Commission has unanimously approved the Chester Court Historic District (PDF!) in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens. The district includes 18 Tudor Revival-style homes built in 1911-12. The cul-de-sac's homes are amongst the earliest Tudor Revival style row houses in the borough, if not the city. ELMHURST—Two months after opening its sales office, 60 percent of the redeveloped apartments collectively known as The Continental Park in the co-op building at 87-10 51st Avenue near Broadway have sold. Of the 79 redeveloped units, 61 were immediately available for sale. All of the project's studios, one-, and three-bedroom apartments have sold, leaving available only two-bedrooms, which are priced from $347,500. The building is being redeveloped by Myles Horn, ABC Properties and Fisher Associates.
